Our first project, recognized globally for its success.
We were involved with the project starting in 2008, joining at the MVP stage.
In 2008, following extensive market evaluations, a private investor provided the project with its first loan to support its growth and development.
In 2009, our marketing team proposed a strategy to rapidly attract content providers. Despite the high costs, the project owners agreed with our market growth forecasts and deemed these investments worthwhile. Within two years, the expenses were fully recouped by the owners.
Between 2010 and 2011, we facilitated over 20 investor pitches, which led to securing Series A funding from venture capital firms.
In 2011, we developed an outsourcing strategy to scale human resources, which was successfully implemented. This approach allowed the project to swiftly onboard specialized teams for short-term tasks, improving its market position while delivering lasting impact.
In 2014, the teams we engaged executed a technical reorganization of the project, improving the performance of two key business areas: the search engine and file storage system. This reorganization significantly reduced operational costs.
In 2015, we participated in the third round of fundraising for the project, successfully attracting an institutional investor.
In 2016, we designed a business process optimization strategy, which was gradually implemented starting in 2018 and continued to drive improvements.
In 2021, the project was acquired by a public company Cimpress, marking a successful exit.
