Alesium is hiring a Product Manager for Hooh, an AI-first startup turning cutting-edge models into functional products. The role turns strategic ideas into shipped features with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder communication — gather, clarify, and translate needs into specs
• Product framework execution — validate hypotheses, write user stories, prioritise the roadmap
• Task creation — write clear, actionable tickets for developers
• Cross-functional collaboration — align tech, support, and business teams
• Analytics & experimentation — design A/B tests, analyse outcomes, iterate
• Reporting & documentation — clear reports, maintain Confluence / Jira spaces
• Idea validation & metric tracking — monitor KPIs, validate new ideas regularly

Requirements

• Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, etc.)
• Confident use of Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets
• Teamwork and basic project management
• Discovery, release cycles, and feature-evaluation frameworks
• Critical, systematic thinking; risk identification
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Decomposing complex tasks and structuring workflows
• Attention to detail and high standard of quality
