About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our early growth efforts for the MVP launch.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media (TikTok & Instagram)
Create simple AI-generated promo videos
Launch and manage ad campaigns targeting early adopters
2. Google Ads
Set up initial campaigns from scratch
Write ad copy, choose keywords, manage targeting
3. Landing Pages
Build multiple landing pages for different user flows
Use tools like Tilda, Webflow, Framer
Test conversion and engagement
4. Telegram Marketing
Write content for Telegram channel placements
Research relevant channels for niche targeting
5. Facebook
Create posts and launch lightweight campaigns
Support organic and paid outreach
6. Traffic & Budget Management
Draft a channel mix and budget allocation plan
Track traffic, conversion, CPL metrics
Analyze and iterate for performance
Additional Expectations:
Create everything independently: texts, visuals, pages, ads
Prepare a 2-month roadmap with goals, milestones, and expectations
Set up a clear reporting system with:
Completed actions
Metrics (traffic, conversions, CPL)
Performance insights
Next-step suggestions
Requirements
Proven hands-on marketing experience, preferably with early-stage startups or MVP launches
Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads
Strong skills in creating content — both text and basic visuals
Experience with landing page builders like Tilda, Webflow, or Framer
Ability to work independently and take ownership of execution
Analytical thinking and ability to interpret basic performance metrics
Excellent self-organization and execution speed
Clear communication and documentation habits
